🛡️ Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all Himalumix® Smart RGB Himalayan Salt Lamps and accessories purchased directly from Himalumix or authorized resellers.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Electrical malfunctions

• Defective or damaged parts (not caused by misuse)

• App-related smart functionality issues

❌ What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or water exposure

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Wear and tear due to natural salt shedding

• Product discoloration due to prolonged use or environmental exposure

• Loss or theft of the product

📅 Warranty Period

• The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required to activate your warranty

🔄 Replacement & Repair Policy

If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, we will either:

• Repair the item, or

• Send a replacement unit at no extra charge

Shipping charges may apply depending on the claim location.

🌍 International Warranty Claims

We support international warranty claims; however, the customer may be responsible for two-way shipping costs unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

• Using unauthorized accessories or power sources voids the warranty
