At Himalumix®, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. We proudly stand behind the quality and durability of every product we sell. This warranty policy outlines what is covered, the process for warranty claims, and how we ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.


🛡️ Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all Himalumix® Smart RGB Himalayan Salt Lamps and accessories purchased directly from Himalumix or authorized resellers.

This warranty covers:

 Manufacturing defects

 Electrical malfunctions

 Defective or damaged parts (not caused by misuse)

 App-related smart functionality issues


❌ What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

 Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or water exposure

 Unauthorized modifications or repairs

 Wear and tear due to natural salt shedding

 Product discoloration due to prolonged use or environmental exposure

 Loss or theft of the product


📅 Warranty Period

 The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

 Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required to activate your warranty


🔄 Replacement & Repair Policy

If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, we will either:

 Repair the item, or

 Send a replacement unit at no extra charge

Shipping charges may apply depending on the claim location.


📝 How to File a Warranty Claim

2. Provide the following details:

 Full name and contact info

 Proof of purchase

 Clear photos or video of the issue

 Brief description of the problem

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days


🌍 International Warranty Claims

We support international warranty claims; however, the customer may be responsible for two-way shipping costs unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.


📢 Additional Info

 Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

 Using unauthorized accessories or power sources voids the warranty
