🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan and internationally to selected countries through trusted courier partners. You will be notified at checkout if we are unable to ship to your destination.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day

• You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number via email once your package is shipped

📦 Estimated Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs delays, or peak seasons.

💳 Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all orders over PKR 4,000 (within Pakistan)

• Standard shipping fee: PKR 250–500 depending on location

• International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

🔐 Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

❗ Delayed or Lost Packages

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost:

• Contact our support team within 5 business days of expected delivery

• We will investigate with the courier and keep you informed

• We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome

🔄 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🛑 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable fees.
