At Himalumix®, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return and refund process.
📦 Return Eligibility
You may return your Himalumix® product within 7 days of delivery if:
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
• You received the wrong product
Note: Used products, altered items, or products returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.
🔁 How to Request a Return
1. Contact Us
Reach out via our official website contact form or Amazon or Etsy support center within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a photo of the product, and a brief reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions
Our team will provide a return authorization along with a return address and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Product
Carefully package the product and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
💰 Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping fees and transaction charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or special edition products
• Products with physical damage not caused during shipping
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery without prior authorization
📩 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. Contact us for exchange instructions.

• Always keep your original receipt or order confirmation email
• Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
• If your return doesn’t meet our return conditions, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense
